What Limits Do You Place On The Material That You Host?

We do not allow illegal material to be hosted on our servers. Any material found to be illegal will immediately be reported to the authorities. We also forbid our servers to be used to send bulk email or SPAM email. Please read our Acceptable

Can I Use Telnet Or SSH Access?

We do not offer telnet or SSH access for shared hosting or reseller hosting plans due to security reasons.

What web server software do you run?

We use Windows 2008 Server R2 Edition with IIS 7.x as the operating system for windows servers, MySQL 5.x and Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 for Databases and Parellels Plesk 9.x as Web Hosting Control Panel for Windows Hosting.

We use Centos 5.x as the operating system for linux servers, MySQL 5.x for databases and WHM/Cpanel Control Panel for web hosting management on linux web hosting plans.

How long does it take to process a new domain name or to transfer an existing domain name?

Domain name registration is processed within few hours. but the process of domain transfer takes 5-7 business days.
